When we are living in alignment with what we believe it may be difficult and it may be a grind but it's not a burden of regret.  It's not that nagging sense that you hope nobody discovers that you have compromised.

If you are clear on your dream you can say yes and no quicker.

Your values are very similar in this.  If you are clear on who and what you are to be submitted to the decision making is simple.  The decision to do the bench press does not make the work easier but the run up is less.

If you are looking for an easy life I cannot help you.  You will either make healthy and hard decisions or you will make easy unhealthy decision and live with the results of that.

If you really want it easy and demand it you are just the right person to buy the get rich quick program that doesn't work and the medicine that melts fat and on and on. 

The people that get suckered into "too good to be true" ventures are looking for something for nothing.

If you determine that you will do what you are supposed to do and submit yourself to the King and submit yourself to the ideals of that kingdom then you are on a hard path; a narrow path that ends in light and life.
