I took a couple of years of Spanish in high school.  There was a process.  We started out with a simple word and you can guess at what it was.  Hello.
We didn't talk structure; conjugation; male and female versions of words; none of that.

We had to learn in an order.  

One of the things that people commonly do when they are building a business, trying to get healthy, work on their marriage, learn how to sell, play an instrument, golf etc. is try doing it all at one time.

Before you can run you need to walk, and before walking you need to crawl and before you crawl you learn to roll over and before that you need to learn how to hold your head up.  BTW most people that learning how to walk are still pooping themselves and need food mashed up and given to them.

If you are going to build something do it in order.  Take some time to sit down and put together a plan.  

To be totally honest most people do not know how to create that plan. There is a reason why athletes have several different coaches, why singers have coaches, why presenters who take their craft seriously have coaches.

If you are serious about getting into shape you get a trainer.

If you are serious about your life get a coach.
